What to expect
|
1st Visit
Our staff will want to get to know you a bit. We have an intake form to help us with that. If you come with it already filled out it will make your wait time quicker. If not our staff will have one ready for you to fill out when you get here. Each Patient receives a complete musculoskeletal exam before any treatment begins. Every person is unique and every injury is unique. We want to take our time to understand the problem completely. We will ask several questions and take the time to listen to all of your answers. |
Follow up visits
We work to get you out pain as quickly as possible and also to give you the tools you need to stay out of pain. We do not typically expect a lot of follow up visits to get you well. That being said we are dedicated to make each visit as efficient and seamless as possible when you do need them. Office hours
